Unlocks & Solvers
Yes. Sign in with Discord and you get 3 unlocks total across Bartleby, Scribd, Numerade, and Quizlet. Those do not refill. CourseHero, Chegg, StuDocu, and the private Discord server need a pass or Similarity credits.
We support instant unlocks for CourseHero, Chegg, StuDocu, Bartleby, Quizlet, Numerade, Symbolab, Scribd, Brainly, Academia, SlideShare, and SuperSummary.
All-Inclusive members enjoy generous daily allowances (e.g. 10 CourseHero docs, 10 StuDocu files, 5 Chegg solves, 25 Bartleby answers). They automatically replenish every midnight EST.
If you have a pass, join the private Discord from Unlock or Settings and open a help ticket. Paste the homework link and a screenshot. Free accounts can buy a pass to reach staff Discord, or try another supported link.
AI Humanizer & Similarity
No. Discord and the site treat Humanizer as an All-Inclusive add-on. Redeem a pass first (or buy a pass with Humanizer in the same cart). A $10 Humanizer invoice will not activate without an active pass. If you already have Humanizer on a live pass, do not buy it again. Extending All-Inclusive before it expires keeps Humanizer until the new date. After the pass ends, Humanizer ends too and you would add it again on the next pass.

Yes. Every similarity scan run on Hero HW Services is strictly non-repository. Papers are never added to any comparative archive.
Billing & SellAuth Orders
Your Invoice ID looks like 78f5c3278613b-0000010586633. It is on the SellAuth receipt after checkout, and in the email from SellAuth (check junk). Paste that exact ID on the Redeem page to attach the pass to your Discord account.
Yes. After checkout, send the invoice ID to a friend. They sign in with their Discord and redeem it on the Redeem page. Access attaches to whoever redeems first. Do not redeem a gift invoice on your own account.
After a new student signs in for the first time, they have 24 hours to enter the Discord username or ID of the person who referred them. When that new student redeems their first All-Inclusive pass, the referrer receives a 1 week All-Inclusive they can claim anytime from Referrals.
Yes. Your subscription is linked to your Discord account, so you get 24/7 access on both the web dashboard and the private Discord server.
